Clyde Reaveley Motion is Lotion Memorial Workout

This is something I’ve wanted to do for a while.

Honoring someone who was here day one of this gym- back when it was Big John’s Pro Gym. He brought his friends. He brought his mom. He brought people he mentored. He left his influence & was passionate about helping people tap into their potential.

Bodybuilding & fitness was something he put his whole soul into. Improving the self, improving the mind & with all his heart he motivated everyone around him wherever he went. I still have the pics of his sweat angels take after his workouts. I hear his voice in my head often as I’m sure many of you do, too.

Join us Saturday June 28th 10-2pm followed up by a free posing clinic led by IFBB PRO Brock Jenkins

All proceeds will benefit our friends South Davis Recovery Club as they continue their great work in supporting recovery
