Chelsea Renee, known as the Ceremonial CEO, is a visionary leader devoted to creating sacred spaces for transformation, self-leadership, and community connection.

As the founder of Heart Centered Humans and Ascend Psychedelics, she leads initiatives that elevate the standards of facilitation, education, and leadership in the wellness industry. She also created FEMPIRE, a business summit for bold female entrepreneurs, and serves as Executive Director of Expand Leadership Initiative, a nonprofit supporting women’s growth.
