Take a break from the holiday hoopla to stretch and rest. Practice starts with gentle movement, stretching and calming breathwork from Kundalini Yoga.
Then lay back to allow the thunderous vibrations of six gongs to ripple through you releasing stress, harmonizing imbalances, and relaxing the mind. Receive an immersive nervous system reset to replenish and energetically realign.
Gongs:
No experience necessary. The gong is not recommended during pregnancy or for children under 7. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the practice or gong. This is a sober event.
Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some yoga mats, blankets and cushions will be available at Starhouse.

The Starhouse is located in the foothills just West of downtown Boulder at 3476 Sunshine Canyon Dr - a 15 minute drive from Downtown. The Starhouse is located up a private dirt road with no “Starhouse” sign on the main road only a green list of addresses. I highly recommend using GPS and starting it in town - service can be intermittent in the foothills.
**VERY IMPORTANT** Set directions to take Sunshine Canyon (Mapleton Ave) and NOT Linden Dr. There is a gated private road off Linden that will prevent you from getting to the Starhouse. APPLE AND GOOGLE MAPS ARE WRONG. You must arrive via Sunshine Canyon.
Please be mindful of wildlife, bikers and hikers as drive up the canyon.
