Ready for a cosmic journey through sound? Join us for an otherworldly night as Boulder's own NINE WIDE SKY celebrates the release of their new album "The Case For Pluto"!

This stellar evening launches with the mesmerizing MR. KNOBS, whose unique blend of ethereal violin, primal percussion, and neon synths creates an electrifying atmosphere that defies gravity. Prepare to dance, weep, and howl as they transport you through their mystical electronic prog pop universe.

Then, NINE WIDE SKY takes the stage to showcase their genre-bending new album. NINE WIDE SKY is ready to make its definitive statement with "The Case For Pluto."

Nine Wide Sky is a Boulder-based Alternative Rock/Pop band consisting of Beau Harding (drums/backing vocal), Andy Harrington (bass/lead vocal/guitar), and Mark Kranjcec (guitar). They share a love of 80's pop, 90's rock, hip hop, EDM, and whatever "just sounds cool".

Beau and Andy were introduced in the 90’s while playing in various bands around the Boulder area but didn't collaborate until 2016 when they were fortuitously reconnected. Beau had some song ideas but no singer. Andy had a collection of riffs and melodies but no drummer. ​As an experiment, the duo swapped scratch recordings, then overdubbed their parts over the other's original idea.

After sitting in several times in 2023, Mark Kranjcec was "drafted" into the band in 2024. He brings technical wizardry and tasteful arrangements to the band's sound, as well as his music production and mastering talents. He refuses to be in the proximity of a microphone.

Mr. Knobs is a daredevil act you can’t turn away from. A sound so big it’ll catapult you into the stratosphere, catching you on your way down in the buoyant embrace of a trapeze net. Painting with ethereal violin, primal percussion, neon synths and the whirring electronic melodies of the digisphere, the band augments electrifying vocals and dramaturgic lyrics with their unique alchemy of analog and digital sound.
