Morning Yoga

Come join us for a peaceful and invigorating morning yoga session at the beautiful Eldorado Mountain Yoga Ashram! Activate your body’s deep natural strength and break out of your normal patterns of movement that keep you bound. We’ll play with filling space, expand our range of movement, and let the natural breath guide us to a deeper level of awareness. Let go of what you think you know and move into what you feel. Find a sense of inner being that stays with you throughout the week. All are welcome!
