Stemming from years of sonic exploration and musical prowess, DUBLDRGN is an electro-dub duo featuring Borahm Lee (Pretty Lights/Break Science) and Jeffrey James Franca (Thievery Corporation/ETHNO). Based heavily in the improv element of dub music, DUBLDRGN creates a sonic narrative that speaks to the legacy of greats like Scientist, King Tubby and Sly and Robbie, but also the British dub movement from pioneers like Adrian Sherwood and Mad Professor. The duo brings each of their own sonic stories to this progressive sound as well, having been surrounded by pioneers such as Thievery Corporation and Pretty Lights, expect deep bass and free form textures of the dubbiest nature. Roots, Dancehall, Drum n' Bass, Jungle, Dub Step, Hip Hop/Trip Hop, It's all fair game with DUBLDRGN.
