1) approval of By-laws changes as discussed at March 12 monthly meeting and Officer’s Meeting on
March 31.
2) further discussion - order quantity and storage of History books for 2027 Boulder Junction centennial
from Wadsworth Publishing.
3) update on purchase of new Ipad, Square module, and necessary peripherals (motion to get price
quotes on iPad and $350 towards new Square components approved at March meeting)
New Business
1) Updates and changes to Friends webpage
2) Update Member contact and event volunteer database
3) Need for Co-chairs for Taste of Boulder Junction (October 4, 2025) and Chair for November Cookie
Walk (November 28, 2025)
