The Widows Sons of North Dakota will be hosting the 4th annual Brothers on the Border again at Lake Metigoshe State Park. Come join us in experiencing the International Peace Gardens and Masonic Island!
- Schedule
Friday - show up and fellowship
Saturday - Picnic at the OES Overlook in the Peace Gardens, ride around the Turtle Mountains, dinner afterwards, with Branding on Masonic Island at dusk
Sunday - Breakfast before we all head out
This year we have secured the dorms with barracks style bunk beds. You need to provide your own bedding. There is a large bathhouse with multiple showers. If you want more privacy, there are multiple cabins available for you to rent, a large field behind the dorms that has space for 5 RV's (power but no water) and 15 tent spots, or RV sites within the State Park (most have power and water). Maid O' Moonshine is the best section to reserve. Please RSVP asap as these go quick.
There is a hotel that is also close by called the Quilt Inn.
Cost is $100 per adult and $50 per child under 18. This includes 2 meals on Saturday, a t-shirt, and a BotB patch (or year patch if you've attended before).
This event is open to all Masons and their families who might be interested in joining the Widows Sons (the Branding is Widows Sons only)
Online registration link is now live! Please register by May 16th so we have time to order the t-shirts. If you register after that we cannot guarantee the t-shirt.
