"The Reset" is a co-facilitated movement and breathwork experience guided by Joseph ‘Skoob’ Santos and Lauren LiBrandi, designed to recalibrate the body, mind, and nervous system.

Through intentional movement, rhythmic breath, and somatic awareness practices, this class offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and restore. Set to a curated soundscape, The Reset draws from holistic principles, developmental movements, and energetic harmonization to support participants in releasing tension, grounding into their bodies, and awakening clarity and vitality. It’s an invitation to return to your center—gently, powerfully, and with presence.
