Vision: We counter the experience of trauma with a sensitive and competent multidisciplinary response. We focus on community building by providing a space for women to come together. We believe that the best healing happens within a community, and our goal is to provide resources, workshops, and events to help improve the quality of life of women affected by trauma.

Description: "Transform Your Life: A Vision Board Workshop" will focus on creating strategic goals and creating a vision board to reflect our goals.

In this workshop, you’ll also learn:

• What are vision boards?
• How are vision boards healing and inspiring?
• In what ways can vision boards help us achieve our goals or remind us of them?
• Resources on achieving your goals

Purpose of a Vision Board

• Helps you visualize your goals
• Keeps you motivated and inspired
• Encourages intentional thinking and planning
• Serves as a daily reminder of what you're working toward

What’s on a Vision Board?

Common elements include:

• Personal goals (e.g., health, travel, relationships, confidence)
• Professional goals (e.g., career change, promotions, skill growth)
• Images (cut from magazines or printed from online)
• Affirmations or power words (e.g., “abundance,” “balance,” “clarity”)
• Quotes that reflect your mindset or values

Why It Works

Vision boards work by engaging the law of attraction, goal-setting psychology, and visual reinforcement. While they don’t magically manifest things, they help train your focus, clarify your desires, and prompt daily actions aligned with your goals.
