Strengthen, lengthen, and stabilize with this Pilates-inspired workout on the water!
This class combines the core-sculpting benefits of Pilates with the added challenge of balancing on a paddleboard, engaging deep stabilizing muscles for a full-body workout. Flow through controlled movements, breathwork, and focused exercises designed to improve posture, flexibility, and core strength—all while surrounded by the serenity of nature. No paddle boarding experience is needed—just come ready to move, breathe, and connect with the water! 🌊💪🧘‍♀️

This class is suitable for All Levels. You do NOT need experience!

-60 minutes from paddle out to paddle back
-Includes Equipment.
