Run Set Relay - Boston

Calling all run clubs and run groups! Assemble your team of 4 and lace up for this friendship, fun, and summer-focused event! It's not about speed. It's about how loud you cheer and rep your team.

📣 Show up ready to cheer - this is all about vibes!

Each member will run a leg of the event and hand off the team's custom-built baton to their next teammate to complete the roughly 2.5 miles on the track.

DISTANCE MEDLEY RELAY FORMAT - each team member will run one leg

• Leg 1 - 1200 meters (3 laps)
• Leg 2 - 400 meters (1 lap)
• Leg 3 - 800 meters (2 laps)
• Leg 4 - 1600 meters (4 laps)

DURING & AFTER VIBES

• Athletic brewing
• Watermelon & popsicles
• Groove to music
• Prizes for best team spirit, most creative baton, and more (but NOT SPEED)
