Weigh in 9AM
Event start 10AM

Every athlete will do opening weight then the bar will be rising 10kg at a time.
Athletes can choose to skip weights.
Good solid lockout at top.
Hitching is ok.
All straps are ok.
No suits.
No dropping the bar after lock out or you will be given no lift.
No coloured chalk.

£15 entry fee for competitors. Please ensure you send via Friends & Family not Goods & Services so we avoid the unnecessary fees. You will have to cover the fee before your entry is accepted.
