ISCO Spirits Tasting with Head Distiller, Eric Olson

: ISCO Spirits (also known as The Industrious Spirit Company) produces sustainably-sourced vodkas, gins, bourbons and specialty spirits (many inspired by their love of the Ocean State) at the first distillery since Prohibition in Rhode Island’s capitol. They are proud of our fiercely unique, land-and-ocean-inspired, handcrafted spirits—and thrilled to have the opportunity to share them with you!

ISCO cares deeply about each step of their process and will share much about that during the event. We will learn about the regional partners that grow their grains according to regenerative farming practices, the time they take with onsite mashing, and eveything in between from fermenting, distilling, bottling and to the packaging.

Eric Olson, our speaker: Eric Olson is a Head Distiller at ISCO, he is a lifelong Rhode Islander with over two decades of experience managing kitchens of all shapes and sizes, a certified Master Gardener and grower of hops with a voracious passion for the fermented and distilled beverage community.

Delicious appetizers will be accompany your experience. We will be hosted by the hip and fun and unique Small Victories located in Southie. Our bites will include their Luda Crips & French Onion Dip (chips and dip), a Huge Pretzel with some trimmings, a Bucket O’ Fries, a Bucket O’ Fried Pickles, Grilled Cheese Sliders, and a Tray O’ Wings!
