A special FREE ice skating class for Adults! Start your day gliding and stretching with Elin at the beautiful Frog Pond rink in Boston.

About this Event

This class is designed for Adults of ALL skating levels. IceFlow focuses on connecting the breath with movement as we glide together to music and enjoy the present moment. We will feel the flow of our breathing, the flow across the ice, and the flow of our energy together in community.

Rental skates are available on site for $18.
