Honor the Sun - Ceremony & Singing Circle

Welcome, and wow are we excited to hold this space ☀

Come sit and sing with us for this special collaboration event between + Ravensong Singing Circles as we honor and give thanks to the sun, our shining star, and welcome summer with ceremony and song.

Summer is arriving and along with it the light and love of the Sun is growing stronger. Can you feel it? Come open your heart to our beloved star as we express our gratitude to all that it shares with us through meditation, reflection, song and more!

This ceremony will also be a container to celebrate the Summer Solstice (June 20), the longest day of the year. Honoring the Solstice is a potent time to reflect on all the warmth, light, and love the sun brings into our lives during this time of the Wheel of the Year.

We encourage you to bring any personal meditation/altar items you'd like to absord the energy of this sacred space to be placed in the center of the circle. We highly encourage as well the bringing of musical instruments of whatever kind.

This gathering and ceremony will start with opening the sacred space through guided meditaiton, and as the energy begins to shine through our heart centers we will naturally shift into singing circle and eventually the sacred space will be closed out via guided meditation to conclude the ceremony and gathering.

This ceremony is donation based - donations will help cover any costs i.e. floral offerings for the altar.

LOCATION: Specific location information will be relased prior to the event of where you can find us in the Arboretum located in Jamica Plan
