Herb Club - Summer Sunshine Herbs!

Join us for this friendly meeting where the FNH Herbalists share their knowledge and experience regarding the medicinal benefits of plants. If you have an interest in supporting your health naturally using plant medicine, then why not join us?

Summer is here and our garden is full of delightful blooms, but did you know that some of these plants have medicinal benefits waiting to be used? This month we are looking at what some herbalists call sunshine herbs, which are often plants with yellow flowers. There are many medicinal plants that flower yellow and we will take a close look at some of these examples to see what to use them for and how to use them.

Open to everyone. No booking necessary, just turn up on the night. £5 per person entry fee which includes a complimentary hot drink and informative handouts on the evenings topic.
