Herb Club - Medicinal Mushrooms

Join us for this friendly meeting where the FNH Herbalists share their knowledge and experience regarding the medicinal benefits of plants. If you have an interest in supporting your health naturally using plant medicine, then why not join us?

This month we are going to be looking at a selection of the many medicinal mushrooms which we can use to help maintain our health. You could argue that all mushrooms have medicinal benefits as even the humble button mushroom is a cheap and accessible remedy! Come along to find out more about this fascinating subject and see how mushrooms really are magic!

Open to everyone. No booking necessary, just turn up on the night. £5 per person entry fee which includes a complimentary hot drink and informative handouts on the evenings topic.
