Join Children Healing by Expression: The Dennis Parham Project (CHBE) for our 3rd Annual Spring Fling event—a joyful afternoon of planting, creativity, and connection! This year, we’re creating space for children and families at the Thornton St. Urban Garden to come together to plant and garden, grow community, and nurture healing- all in our very own plot! We’ll be planting flowers, fruits, and vegetables that participants can harvest and take home later in the season. Plus, enjoy fun art activities designed to spark imagination and expression for all ages!

Children Healing by Expression: The Dennis Parham Project, serves children and teens of families impacted by the abesnce of a loved one as a result of community violence, overdose, and suicide. Our vision is to encourage healing and empowering through multiple pathway of creative expressions, interrupting the cycle of violence, promoting ongoing peace in our community.
