New Studio Soundwaves - Charity Class

Our Studio Soundwaves 💞with Tracey is coming to the centre for a special charity session!

In support of Breast Cancer Now 💗and to raise awareness of 💕Breast Cancer Awareness Day💕 we are holding a special charity studio soundwaves with meditation & reiki class.

▪️Date: Friday 24th October
▪️Time: 9.15am - 10.30am
▪️Cost: £10 charity donation at the time of booking

Join us for a total relaxation session, as you drift away whist listening to sound waves, an experience of total relaxation. The session will generate the feeling of being calm and peaceful, in a meditative state. During the session you will also experience reiki energy which will enhance healing, promoting wellness and balance of body, mind and spirit.

You may wish to bring a blanket, eye mask, pillow and mat for extra comfort.
