What: fun and inclusive physical training combining strength, cardio, mobility, balance, and fun. The class is conducted in English by professionals who can adapt each exercise to your current fitness level.

GOOD TO HAVE:
- Water
- yoga mat, towel, or something to lie down
- comfortable shoes (we will be on the grass)
- waterproof clothing in case of rain

RECOMMEND TO HAVE WITH YOU:
- a hat
- sunscreen
- sunglasses
- t-shirt change
- a sweater

Training is held outdoors. Please, bring what you need to move comfortably for the whole duration of the event.
