Food Truck: Lobster Dogs Charlotte

The Lobster Dogs Charlotte food truck is coming! Here's what they're bringing:

Rolls: Toasted split-top bun with a swipe of mayo fresh chilled lobster, crab, or shrimp topped with warm butter & special seasonings.

Plan B Stuffed Avocado: Whole avocado stuffed with black bean corn salsa, pico de gallo drizzled with chimi churri & chipotle ranch. Add crab, lobster or shrimp.

Free Bird Stuffed Avocado: Whole avocado stuffed with grilled buffalo chicken, mixed cheese, pico de gallo, bacon bits, then drizzled with ranch.

Seared Tuna Stuffed Avocado: Whole avocado stuffed with seared ahi tuna, pico de gallo & queso fresco, drizzled with sesame ginger sauce.
