Custom Creatures Puppetry Workshop (Boonah)

Design and craft your own puppet and learn how to bring it to life.

This exciting 2-hour construction workshop will take puppetry manipulation skills to the next level by allowing students to design, craft and build their very own tabletop sized puppet.

Using simple brown paper techniques, students will follow our Dead Puppet Society process of design prototyping, resulting in the construction of a one of a kind creature. Students will then learn how to bring their puppet to life with special manipulation techniques.

What to bring: children to wear closed-in shoes, art making clothes and bring a water bottle and snacks.
