Songwriting Workshop - Friday Wellbeing

Lynsey will show you how she writes a song - from creating verses and choruses, to how it all fits together. She'll demonstrate how she puts the chords to her songs, and how to put the music to the words.



If you've ever been interested in how songs are put together, this workshop is for you.



Lynsey is volunteering her time to facilitate this session.

Meet Your Facilitator:
Lynsey has been a member of our Pause & Breathe community since April 2024, initially joining our Friday morning sessions. She now comes to several sessions a week. Lynsey loves music, and has learnt that you can express emotions through music as she finds that difficult to do otherwise.
