When moving into later stages of life your core values and worth can shift, sometimes it can be hard to understand who you are now and what you believe in. You might not have put yourself first for a long time or ever and you are not quite sure what that looks like or how to make positive changes for your overall wellbeing. Your hormones might be changing or have changed and with that so have you.
Join Sarah, a professional coach who takes a holistic approach to health focussing on how movement and nutrition make you feel and the positive effect in can have on your hormones.
Within this four-week programme the topics covered will be and not limited to:
? Understanding what mental health is – good and bad and symptoms of both.
? Understanding exercise and movement – the benefits and hormone releases.
? Linking the benefits of movement and mindset.
? Understanding own behaviours and when to act and removing self-limiting beliefs.
? Building resilience and a mindset that promotes success through exercise and movement and nutrition.
? Menopause and hormonal changes.
? Tools and practices to use daily and consistently.
This training programme provides benefits physically and mentally with by-products of both whilst increasing the overall positive hormones making you feel good through movement, connection, knowledge and empowerment.
Creating space for you on your physical and mental health creates pathways to more space in the mind for growth, development and joy.
This programme will be over 4 weeks, and the training will be delivered in a fun and informal way with life long lasting benefits. There will then be monthly sessions on topic specific items (which will be booked separately).
Sarah from Balanced Academy will be the facilitator for this class.
The 4-week sessions will start on Wednesday 3rd September 10am-12pm. There will be a break in the class, with hot drinks and snacks provided. It's £80 to come along, with a reduced rate available. Pick the price that best reflects your financial circumstances.

Sarah is the founder of Balanced Academy and WellYness Adventures. She is a qualified teacher, gymnastics, mental health and exercise and fitness coach. She has dedicated her time to working with people of all ages to promote wellbeing through movement. Creating bespoke classes for all ages to make movement fun.
