Flatwork & Polework with John Cameron

Pole work is beneficial for all disaplines. It's is useful for building muscle and lifting the back while engaging the core. Pole work has not only physical benefits but mental in getting the horse to think forward and consider where it's feet and legs are - and can help change up routine for both horse and rider. John Cameron is well renowned throughout Scotland both as a trainer and competitor.
