1. Call Meeting to Order
2. Read and accept Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 12, 2025
3. Read and accept financial report.
4. Discuss ant take action on changing the registered agent on the Friends of the Bonham Senior Center Texas nonprofit. ($35)
5. Discuss and take action on changing the meeting date to the 3rd Monday of each month to avoid conflict with City Council meeting dates.
6. Discuss and take action on donations to the Friends of the Bonham Senior Center.
7. Discuss and take action on scheduling a cleanup for the Friends Utility Building. *when it cools down)
8. Discuss and take action on setting a date for the Gospel Concert. *May 15
9. Discuss and take action on having and promoting a local concert on the 4th Saturday of August. August 23rd and 6:00 PM in the Senior Center.
10. Discuss and make a calendar of events like the quilters meeting.
11. Discuss procedures and fees to rent out the Senior Center.
12. Discuss getting donations from area churches.
13. Discuss fund raising and the center going forward.
14. Set date for next meeting. (September 16, 2025 at 5:00 PM)
