Restorative Sounds on the Prairie: A Sound Bath & Seed Harvest

You’re invited to Snyder Heritage Farm, a 154-acre natural area, for a restorative fall experience that blends nature and sound. We’ll start the morning with an introduction to Snyder Heritage Farm and its unique landscape, then head into the prairie to hand-harvest native seeds that will help expand and diversify the ecosystem. The day will close with a calming sound bath to ground our senses and bring a peaceful end to the experience.
