America 250 Planning Meeting - Bondurant, Iowa

In 2026, the United States will mark its 250th anniversary—America 250. The City of Bondurant is starting to plan how our community can take part in this national milestone, and we’d like your help. We’re hosting a meeting to bring together local groups, organizations, and volunteers interested in organizing events and activities to mark the occasion.

At this meeting, we’ll:

Share an overview of the America 250 initiative (america250.org)

Brainstorm event ideas and themes
Discuss ways to collaborate and get involved
Outline next steps in the planning process

Whether you’re part of a civic group, nonprofit, school, church, or just want to volunteer—your input is welcome.
