As my October event next week is already SOLD OUT and diaries get busier running up to Christmas, I have decided to release all of my remaining dates for 2025, for my monthly sound bath sessions at Brazley Community Centre, Horwich�
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you simply lie back, close your eyes, and let the gentle vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments wash over you. The sounds help quieten the mind, release tension, and guide you into a state of calm.
� Benefits may include:

� A sense of balance, clarity & inner peace
This is your time to switch off from the busyness of life and give back to yourself.
� Please note: Sound baths are not recommended for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, anyone with a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, or if you suffer from sound-induced epilepsy. If you’re unsure, please do reach out to me first.
