Navigating Menopause Masterclass - online

Hot flushes! Night Sweats! Anxiety! Mood swings! Dont know who you are anymore! Feeling lost in Midlife and wondering what the hell happened to you?

This two-hour masterclass explores the challenges of the midlife rite of passage to wisdom and power commonly known as menopause. We journey through this hormonal transition of challenge and change, exploring what is happening in a woman's body and why we struggle.

Danielle kay and Edwina Hodkinson are experienced Medical Herbalists, menopause mentors and experts in supporting women through menopause. Drawing on clinical and personal experience, we explore strategies for navigating the turbulent waters of perimenopause and beyond, working with herbal strategies, diets, supplements and wise women wisdom.

This online workshop will be accompanied by an emailed handout. As this masterclass is part of our online wild medicine tribe course and open to all who subscribe, it will not be a women's only exclusive space.
