This is a practical programme and although is based on proven management theory, it is hands on and is designed in such a way that you will understand yourself and your role as a leader in your business better.
By taking on board the learning, it will improve your performance, your team members engagement and performance and in turn will improve the performance of your organisation.
You will create your Vision, Mission, Values and an outline of your company objectives, the delegates will give you feedback and acting as critical friends.
You will draft an implementation and employee engagement plan to embed the learning and to begin the change program for your organisation.
You will receive three hours coaching by our CEO Niel Cope at your place of work, designed to support your leadership development and your plan to engage your people and your improve organisations performance.
You will be invited back as a group for a progress review on 4th June 2026.
