Matu è sardo finlandese ma vive e suona da sei anni in Cile, dove approfondisce e studia la musica afro-indo americana. La sua più grande motivazione è creare un ponte fra mondi diversi e formare una tribù musicale che la accompagna in un grande viaggio. Un viaggio musicale che esplora i diversi linguaggi e paesaggi latinoamericani.

La mistica del charango andino, il ritmo del cajòn afro-peruviano, i colori della cumbia, i tamburi afro-colombiani, le canzoni di protesta, espressioni urbane e ancestrali, il carnevale, la connessione con la madre terra…
