Join us for a day of FREE lifesaving skills. We will be doing Hands - Only CPR and Stop the Bleed. Our goal of this event is simply to equip people on how to preform life saving measures and help promote Build the Dash, an organization focused on giving intentional effort to build connections and friendships that promote well-being for men.
