Where Art Begins: The Art and Architecture of the James Castle House

Join us for an evening tour with James Castle House Architect Byron Folwell and James Castle Collection and Archive Collection Manager Andrea Merrell to explore the connections between James Castle's art and his Boise home.

Folwell and Merrell will take guests on a fascinating exploration of the historic site and share the ways in which Castle’s artwork reflected and influenced the architecture of the James Castle House during its renovation from 2015 - 2018.

• 6 – 7 p.m. – Presentation and tour, followed by a brief audience Q&A
• 7 – 8 p.m. – Reception with light refreshments and an opportunity to connect with the presenters and fellow attendees
