Your body holds stories, some you’ve spoken, and some live quietly beneath your words. This special class is a guided journey into those deeper layers through breath, movement, sound, and sensation.
We’ll begin with a gentle somatic breathwork practice to awaken and attune to the body’s inner landscape. Then, through the rhythms of drums and rattles, we’ll invite what’s been held to loosen, shift, and move. This isn’t about forcing release, but creating space for the body to speak and sound to support.
The experience will flow into a spacious soundbath to settle into the new frequency within. We'll close with quiet integration and a refreshing herbal cold brew tea to ground and nourish.
Come as you are. There’s nothing to fix, only space to feel, to listen, and to let go.
This class is led by Jenn Crawford, C-IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist. Jenn brings a trauma-responsible, deeply intuitive approach to her work. Her focus isn’t just on release, it’s on integration, embodiment, and teaching you how to harness your body’s wisdom as a source of personal power.
