This small group series is a therapeutic journey for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or midlife transition. Through guided movement, breathwork, somatic inquiry, and reflective practices, you’ll be supported in reconnecting to your inner energy, nervous system regulation, and deep embodied truth.
Each week builds on the last, following a subtle arc of healing from the ground up, without ever needing to name or categorize what you’re experiencing. This is about coming home to yourself in a new way.
This Series Includes:
– Five 90-minute group yoga therapy sessions (trauma-responsible, nervous system-focused)
– Somatic practices, breathwork, and therapeutic movement
– Optional home practices for deeper integration
– A closing ritual to honor your luminous return
-A Journal and Eye Pillow
