Join us for Pop-Up Power every Friday this summer from 12-1 p.m. at the West Boise YMCA!

We’re turning up the heat this summer with a new kind of lunch break. Every Friday at noon, we’re serving pop-up classes designed to energize your day and shake up your routine.
