Ecstatic Voices Singing Circle

Join Kendra Kae for a singing class in motion!

We will begin with light Breathwork and move into experimental vocalizing with gentle prompts from the facilitator for healthy vocalizing and to encourage playfulness and exploration.

Express yourself! Communicate thoughts, emotions, insights, visions, desires, and more. It all begins with the voice. There are many messages that we hold back, even feeling our throat choke up. Creatively expressing ourselves in a judgment free environment is how we unlock what’s hidden.

Come and play! Sing, growl, moan, and more with your voice. Make up tongues and songs that come from the depths of your own expression. This is a vocal exploration without limits. Open to all genders.
