Demystifying Meditative Movement
with Jodeen Revere
Sunday, September 21
1:00 - 3:00PM
$30 per student
While rooted in yoga, Meditative Movement blends multiple disciplines into a practice that centers balance, strength, and mindful precision.
Each session unfolds with a slow-building warm-up, flowing through yoga postures, Pilates-inspired core work, and balance-focused challenges designed to deepen body awareness.
Think: feline grace, liquid strength, supple stillness—soft yet fiercely intentional.
Slowing down doesn’t mean it’s easy; in fact, the challenge lies in the details.
You’ll leave with:
A deeper sense of embodiment—not just having a body, but truly inhabiting it
Tools to refine foundational poses for greater structural alignment and safety
Long, lean strength and a more resilient core
A calm, focused, and alert mind
A movement practice that feels both graceful and empowering—just for you
This approach will enhance your yoga practice in all directions, but more importantly, it can transform the way you move through life—and how you connect with others.
With 23 years of experience as a yoga teacher, Thai massage therapist, and dancer, Jodeen brings a rich, grounded, and playful perspective to body awareness.
Note: While Meditative Movement is often taught in a gently warmed room, this special workshop will be held in the downstairs non-heated studio.
