Corrine has developed Breathwork Level 1 training with an emphasis on safety and ethical practice, so that student teachers gain a solid foundation in:

Meet your Breathwork Teacher Corrine Hathaway:
Corrine is an intuitive healer specializing in breathwork. With a foundation built on over ten years of experience as an RYT-500 teaching yoga, mindfulness, and embodiment practices, Corrine guides clients through transformative breathwork experiences within the Vaasi Yogam lineage. After completing a comprehensive training program in 2021, [he/she/they] prioritize safety and support in every session. Understanding the importance of thorough preparation and integration, Corrine helps clients access the profound healing potential of breathwork in a responsible and grounded way.
