Welcome to our Beginner Yoga Series, where we offer a gentle and supportive introduction to the transformative practice of yoga. Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to reconnect with the basics, this series is designed with you in mind.
Over the course of several sessions, you'll explore foundational poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices that will help improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Each class will be taught in a relaxed, non-judgmental environment where you can progress at your own pace.
