The Battle of the Brawny Babes returns for its 5th epic year—and it’s going to be bigger, bolder, and badder than ever.

Join us on Saturday, September 6th at Mad Swede Brewing Company in Boise, Idaho, for an empowering day of heavy lifting, high vibes, and fierce community. Whether you’re stepping into your first comp or a seasoned strongwoman, this unsanctioned event is all about showing up, testing your grit, and lifting each other up.

Events include a Log Press Series, Sandbag Toss, Shieldmaiden Squat, Shield Hold, and Keg Over Bar.
