Reiki & Energy Healing Circle

Life can be overwhelming at times; therefore, you owe it to yourself to take a moment to pause, recharge, and learn techniques that help clear the toxic imprints left on your cellular memory over time.

As a Reiki* Master, Judy uses the healing energy of Reiki along with other modalities she has mastered over the years to guide you in releasing anything that no longer serves you—or wasn’t yours to begin with—so you can live a toxic-free life.

During the session, you can expect an opening and grounding, an introduction to the concept of energy, a group energy exercise, guided meditation, a sharing circle, and closing words with affirmations.

*Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing through the transference of energy.
