Mabon Celebration & Sound Bath

Small group retreat – A celebration of the Pagan festival of Mabon, the Autumn Equinox

Join us for a heart-opening 3-hour afternoon retreat, celebrating Mabon, the second of the harvest festivals.

As day and night become of equal length, this is the perfect time to find balance in our lives.

The afternoon includes guided meditation, journaling, storytelling, intention setting, herbal teas and seasonal fruits plus a profoundly relaxing sound bath. We’ll also make a crystal sun catcher for you to keep.

This is your chance to pause, reflect, and above all, deeply relax while honouring the changing seasons.
