Join us for a transformative afternoon of healing and alignment with Sara Quesada, L.Ac., as we journey through the 7 chakras—with a special, heart-centered focus on the Heart Chakra, the center of compassion, connection, and unconditional love.

This deeply restorative experience begins with chakra-balancing acupuncture to gently open and align your energy centers. Then, drop into a guided meditation that brings awareness to each chakra, with special emphasis on opening the Heart. You’ll be bathed in the healing vibrations of frosted quartz crystal singing bowls and other instruments designed to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit.
