"A Tasting Menu with Tait Farm"

For the food pairing event, Bill DeBoeur from Brown Dog Catering will be preparing four Tait Farm Foods recipes featuring four of their gourmet sauces, jams, and marinades. The special menu will be accompanied by a large wine flight. Recipe cards are available, as well as onsite sales of the featured products. Cost is $45/pp. Reservation are available form 12:30-2:00pm for a 1 1/2 hour seating. The pairings are as follows:

-Mushroom & Fontina Squares with TF Sweet Onion Jam, paired with Montage
-Barbecue Skewers (Chicken) with TF Spicy Mango Grill & Sauté Sauce, paired with Riesling
-Greek Salad with TF Lemon Vinaigrette, paired with Tailgate White
-Jam Filled Cupcakes with TF Blueberry Conserve, paired with Autumn Nectar
