Dinner will be served in the beauty of our outdoor courtyard. Born and bred in Orange County, California, Chef Robert was fortunate to grow up surrounded by some of the nation's top chefs, a veritable melting pot of exquisite culinary delights. It was during these formative years that his love affair with American comfort food began, sparked by the countless hours spent cooking side by side with his grandmother. These cherished memories served as the catalyst for Robert's artistic exploration of flavor. As he ascended the ranks in the culinary industry, he honed his skills in various ethnic cuisines, became a master of in-house butchery, and achieved recognition for his award-winning smoked meats. Collaborating with local Southern California farmers, Robert's boundless creativity shines through in each inspiring dish that graces his guests' tables.
