Herbal tea health and wellness education and hands-on class at MoCoco’s-Merrill

Let’s learn about herbs and some of their health and wellness benefits. Lee Ann from Wild Daisy Creative and Beeautiful Herbals will be here for a sip and learn herbal tea class and tea creation station Thursday May 15th 5pm to 6pm. Join us as we learn about the many health and wellness benefits herbs such as lavender, chamomile, elderberry, lemon balm, peppermint and many more could provide us. You can sip on herbal tea while we learn and then at the herbal tea creation station you will have an opportunity to choose which herbs you want and fill a tea storage bag to take home along with a new tea steeper. There will also be a demonstration and discussion on three ways to brew herbal tea properly.

Additional tea storage bags will be available for purchase if you want more than one bag to take home.

Cost of class $28 includes tea to sip, a tea storage bag to fill with herbs and a tea steeper plus all the education too.
