Music & Meditation with Dave Eggar and Christiane Popperwell

Instructor: Christiane Popperwell, E - RYT - 500-hour Lead Yoga Teacher

Musician: Dave Eggar, 9-time Grammy-nominated cellist

Location: Wayne G. Basler Library, Third Floor

Christiane will guide your movement, and Dave will provide a live, immersive soundscape on the cello. Surround yourself with the distinguished vibrations of a world-renowned musician as you move, breathe, stretch, and restore. This experience includes a 60-minute Restore class followed by a 20-minute guided space meditation, all set to the soulful, soothing tones of the cello—designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and nourish the soul. As you settle into stillness, the rich resonance of Dave's cello will envelop you, ground you, and deepen your connection to your inner self.

Course participants will need to bring their own yoga mats. Attendees must register and pay online using the link prior to attending the course.
